At Fathom Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we're proud to offer instruction for whatever your goals may be!
Our kids classes are open to ages 6 - 12.
Adult classes and seminars are available for ages 13+.
Kids Program (6+ years)
Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday starting at 6:30pm.
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is designed to help children develop confidence, discipline, and resilience through high-level instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Students learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through structured classes that improve coordination, focus, athleticism, and problem-solving skills. Beyond learning effective self-defense, children develop important life skills that carry into school, sports, and everyday life.
Every class is designed to challenge students at an age-appropriate level while building confidence through achievement, teamwork, and consistent progress.

At Fathom BJJ, our Adult Program blends practical self-defense with modern sport Jiu Jitsu to create a well-rounded training experience for students of all skill levels.
Whether your goal is self-defense, competition, fitness, or personal growth, our program is designed to help you improve alongside a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Experienced Coaching & Structured Learning
Our structured curriculum helps students build strong fundamentals and practical grappling skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are led by experienced black belts with years of coaching and competition experience, helping students develop Jiu Jitsu skills that hold up in both competition and real-world situations.

Women's Program
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a powerful form of self-defense for women, as it turns vulnerable positions into places of strength and attack.
We have several options for ladies wanting to learn self-defense or start their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey:
Ladies Jiu Jitsu Classes (ages 13+)
This class is offered on Fridays at 5:00 pm. It is open to both beginner and experienced Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Come learn BJJ in a fun environment with a great group of supportive women & girls!
Women's Self-Defense Workshops
Our workshops focus on hands-on instruction and practice. They will be a deep-dive into self-defense, allowing you to learn and experience what you are capable of on a whole new level. Each workshop will be themed and the techniques covered will relate to that particular focus (e.g. dating safety, going to college, etc). Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for workshop announcements.
Free Women's Self-Defense Seminars (ages 13+)
We offer a free seminar twice per year (February & November) as a service to our community. This seminar is a great way to build confidence and boost your personal safety while having fun with friends!
If you would like to set up a seminar outside of our scheduled offerings, or as an event for your group, please contact us!
We also offer private lessons for individuals or small groups of women wanting to start learning Jiu Jitsu.
Competition Program
Our Competition Program consists of our advanced classes along with extra training days for students who are interested in or preparing to compete. We also have a stand-alone kids competition class on Fridays for young athletes ready to take it to the next level.
The curriculum will focus on increased repetitions of fundamental and high-percentage techniques, while also driving up the cardio capacity of the athlete.
Our coaches will work with each student individually to develop their game plan, hone their offensive techniques, and shore up their defense.
